1.2 Reservations and Bookings

For this purpose we use the following data: Name, Phone number, Email address (optional), Check-in/check-out dates, RV specifications (length, type), Site preferences, Special requests, Payment information.
The basis for this processing is: To process and manage your reservation, assign sites, send confirmations, and provide services during your stay.
Retention period: We retain booking data for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

1.3 SMS Booking Confirmations

For this purpose we use the following data: Phone number, Booking confirmation code, Site number, Check-in date.
The basis for this processing is: To send transactional SMS confirmations for completed bookings with your verbal consent obtained during the reservation call.
Retention period: Phone numbers are retained as part of booking records for 7 years. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms for details.

1.4 Automated Phone System (AI Assistant)

For this purpose we use the following data: Voice recordings (conversation transcripts), Phone number, Booking information provided verbally.
The basis for this processing is: To process reservations through our automated phone system and provide customer service.
Retention period: Call transcripts are retained for 90 days for quality assurance and training purposes, then deleted. Booking information is retained for 7 years as described above.

2. Disclosure practices

We disclose personal information if we are required by law or by a court order, in response to a law enforcement agency, to the extent permitted under other provisions of law, to provide information, or for an investigation on a matter related to public safety.

  • Twilio - For phone system and SMS messaging services. Twilio processes call data and phone numbers to deliver our automated booking system and send SMS confirmations.
  • OpenAI - For AI-powered voice assistant capabilities. OpenAI processes voice transcripts to understand and respond to booking requests.
  • Payment Processors - For processing credit card payments. Payment information is transmitted securely and we do not store full credit card numbers.

These service providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

3. How we respond to Do Not Track signals & Global Privacy Control
