We are located at 103 Salt Flat Rd, Bayside, TX 78340 — on the shores of Copano Bay on the Texas Gulf Coast. We are approximately 25 miles north of Rockport and about 30 miles from Corpus Christi.

Yes. Down By The Bay RV Resort sits directly on Copano Bay. Several of our Premium Waterfront pads have an unobstructed bay view right outside your RV door. This is not a park that is 'near' the water — it is on the water.

We are approximately 30 miles north of Corpus Christi — about a 35-40 minute drive via TX-35. Close enough for day trips, far enough to enjoy true coastal peace and quiet.

Yes. A public boat dock and launch ramp on Copano Bay is less than 1 mile from the park. You can launch your boat and be on the water in minutes.
