Down By The Bay is a small, well-maintained park on the shores of Copano Bay in Bayside, Texas. We are 15 minutes from Rockport, 20 minutes from Corpus Christi, and 30 minutes from Port Aransas — close to everything, but far from the noise.

Our monthly residents enjoy a peaceful waterfront environment with full hookups, free high-speed WiFi, an on-site laundromat, camp store, and access to world-class fishing on Copano Bay. Pets are welcome (up to 4 per site). Golf carts, side-by-sides, ATVs, and small boats are all allowed on your site.
